When we update the terms, the revised version is posted on this page with the effective date shown at the top. If the change materially affects your account, we also send a notification to your registered email address before the change takes effect.

Yes. Contact support with your account ID and the approximate date you registered. We hold archived versions of the terms and can email you the exact copy that was live when your account was created, usually within two business days.

Access and eligibility depend on local law where you are located. If your jurisdiction permits use of the platform, the terms apply as written. Where local law conflicts with any clause, local law prevails for your account, and that clause is severed for you.

Any confirmed balance in your wallet at the time of closure is refunded to your verified withdrawal method — UPI account or Paytm wallet — after standard identity checks clear. We aim to process closure withdrawals within five working days of the request.

Submit a data deletion request through the Help Centre. We review the request against our legal retention obligations first; data we are required to keep for regulatory reasons is retained for the mandated period, and the rest is permanently deleted.

These terms apply to every account on spinmatch.vip regardless of whether it was opened on desktop or mobile. A single account per person is permitted; holding multiple accounts simultaneously is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

The fair-use clause means payment methods must be used for genuine account funding only. Using UPI or PhonePe to cycle funds without corresponding wager activity, or attempting chargebacks on settled transactions, is a breach of these terms and grounds for account review.
